TICKETS

  1. Pace yourself and drink responsibly – we want you to remember all of your big night!
  2. Anyone arriving intoxicated may be refused admission.
  3. Zero Tolerance of Drugs
  4. Please inform your debs committee if you have any accessibility issues (not all venues are totally wheelchair accessible).
  5. Anyone dressed inappropriately may be refused admission. This is a formal event.
  6. Anyone caught trying to bring alcohol onto hotel premises WILL be refused admission.
  7. Over 18’s event. ID required.
  8. This ticket does not guarantee admission. DEBSireland.COM reserves the right to refuse admission (ROAR). It is our policy to carry out random searches, which may be assisted by sniffer dogs.
  9. This is a non-refundable ticket.
  10. No admission to the venue after 8.30pm.
  11. No large bags permitted on the coaches or hotel premises.
  12. Inform your debs committee if you have a special dietary requirement three weeks prior to your debs and then on the night let the server know.
  13. Ladies pumps can be purchased from the cloakroom and deodorant, aftershave and perfume are available free of charge.
  14. Buses leave the pick-up point strictly on time. DEBSireland.COM are not responsible for anyone left behind.
  15. Any problems/questions on the night talk to a DEBSireland.COM staff member.
  16. If you do not want your image used for DEBSireland.COM promotional purposes then please contact us before your event.
  17. If any items are lost on the night please log onto www.debsireland.com and fill out the Lost and Found Form.
  18. Finally and most importantly have a brilliant night!

BEST DRESSED DEBUTANTE

  1. DEBSireland.COM reserves the right to disqualify any competitor from the competition at any stage for any reason deemed appropriate.
  2. The details of the competition may change throughout the year at any stage to accommodate more or fewer contestants in the final, as determined by DEBSireland.COM.
  3. DEBSireland.COM may choose to offer the winner €1000 in lieu of the holiday, if applicable.
  4. DEBSireland.COM assumes no responsibility for images that are not entered into the competition due to being lost or misplaced.
  5. Winners of the Best Dressed category on the night of the event are obligated to notify us if their winning picture does not appear on our competition page after 3 weeks.
  6. 10 finalists (Including two wildcards) will be invited to take part in the Best Dressed Final.
  7. The overall winner will be determined by one-third public vote, one-third Assets Model agency vote and one-third DEBSireland.COM vote.
  8. The scheduling and specifics of the final event, including whether or when it occurs, are subject to the discretion of DEBSireland.COM.

Louth TY Ball Tickets

  1. Attendance at this event is restricted to individuals under the age of 18. ID may be required upon entry to verify age.
  2. No alcohol is permitted on the premises. Any individual caught or suspected of consuming alcohol will be refused entry to the event.
  3. Please inform your TY Committee if you have any accessibility issues as the venue is not totally wheelchair accessible.
  4. Random searches may be conducted before entry to the event for the safety and security of all attendees. Refusal to comply with a search may result in denied entry.
  5. You must present your digital ticket at the event venue with the QR code and ticket ID clearly visible. Ticket holders may not be permitted entry into the event if the ticket cannot be scanned and validated. Screenshots of the ticket will not work and, therefore, will not be accepted.
  6. Tickets for this event have a unique barcode, which will be scanned on entry, and if found to be duplicated, either in error or for fraudulent gain, only the first instance of the ticket scanned will be admitted regardless of original ownership.
  7. This ticket does not guarantee admission. DEBSireland.COM reserves the right to refuse admission (ROAR).

Photography/Videography/Social Media

Media Ownership and Usage
All photos and videos captured during events hosted by DEBSireland.COM, including 'Ireland's Best Dressed Debutante,' by both DEBSireland.COM photographers and external photographers become the exclusive property of DEBSireland.COM when participants willingly pose for them. Please be aware that these photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes on social media, online platforms, and in print media. Individuals featured in these photos will not receive any royalties as the content remains the sole property of DEBSireland.COM.
Participant Videos and Opinions
Any comments or opinions expressed in video footage of events organised by DEBSireland.COM are solely the opinions of the individuals involved and do not reflect the thoughts, opinions, or beliefs of DEBSireland.COM.
Video Participation and Deletion Policy:
By willingly participating in videos/interviews for TikTok and Instagram at events organised by DEBSireland.COM, customers expressly consent to the uploading and use of such videos for promotional purposes. In the event that a participant changes their mind and requests the deletion of the video, it is at the discretion of DEBSireland.COM.
*Please note that the review process for video deletion may take up to 48 hours.

Event cancellation


Deposits are non refundable.The ticket must be paid in full before the deadline of April the 1st. This is made clear to all committees when booking the event.If the ticket is not paid in full before the deadline allocated the deposit will be lost.
If the situation arises that an event may need to be cancelled by DEBSireland.COM due to the reasons listed below* DEBSireland.COM will offer the return of payment less deposit, service fee and administrative costs.

Refunds are only available in the case where we cannot accommodate the event at an alternative date in an alternative venue.
Refunds due to Covid- 19: Refund requests for any event cancelled during this period must be submitted prior to the deadline of June 1st, 2022 in order to be considered for processing. All documentation and any other details requested must be furnished to Debsireland.COM by June 1st, 2022.
Any breach in contract by the other party involved i.e. debs committee may result in the cancellation of the event by DEBSireland.COM in which case no refund will be offered. If numbers diminish from the original contract signed by the debs committee DEBSireland.COM reserves the right to alter the package or even cancel the event!
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event has been cancelled. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced. This includes tickets purchased through committees or online.
Late ticket sales - If you buy your ticket after the closing date, a handling fee of 10% will be added to the ticket price.

STAYING OVERNIGHT

For health and safety reasons, Debs Ireland does not allow attendees to stay overnight at the event's host hotel or any neighboring hotels. Guests attempting to stay at the host or neighboring venues will be denied entry to the event. Additionally, overnight bags are not permitted on the bus. Non-compliance with these regulations will result in cancellation of your event and forfeiture of any payments made.


Quotes/ticket price/packages/committee perks


Quotes offered online are given to match all details and information supplied by the customer at that time. If any details should change e.g. numbers attending, venue choices etc, the quote will be revised accordingly. Committee "freebies" or perks are available upon request and subject to package details.
Please note that prices may increase in exceptional circumstances.
Discounts Online
All discounts offered by stores and companies in Ireland and abroad through the DEBSireland.COM discount section are to the best of our knowledge still viable. If a store/company refuses at any stage to honour a discount exactly as they have offered on our website (taking terms and conditions into consideration) we do not hold any liability for the amount lost nor do we obtain any responsibility to honour the discount. We would appreciate any customers who have trouble receiving a discount from any advertising store to let us know immediately.

Lost & Found


DEBsireland.COM holds no responsibility for any items lost or stolen at our events. We offer a lost & found section as a service for customers free of charge. Items will only be held for 60 days following which they will be donated to a local charity. If you wish to retrieve any items lost or stolen you will be asked to pay for postage and packaging.

€100 commission


A €100 commission can be earned by any person who can provide a contact for a school that has yet to book their debs. The commission will be awarded only if the school, following the initial contact, decides to book with DEBSireland.COM. The contact must be the first contact number we receive for the school in question. In the event where multiple contacts are provided for the same school, the commission will be awarded to the initial contact at DEBSireland.COM's discretion. There is no limit to the amount of commission that can be earned by any one person.


Social Media giveaways/competitions/ 6th Year Giveaway


Prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of winning. Winners must comply with any rules or regulations set for the competition. Prizes and schools are selected at random. Prizes won as part of the giveaway are only redeemable at DEBSireland.COM debs or in conjunction with booking a DEBSireland.COM debs. DEBSireland.COM has the final decision on which prizes are allocated. Prizes referencing "free" or additional "extras" for a debs night, inclusive of prizes awarded as part of the "6th-year giveaway," are only redeemable against DEBSireland.COM debs and cannot be used for any other venue or company.

Pizza/Krispy Kreme Competition:
The winning school of the competition will be required to book and pay a deposit to receive the prize. The deposit amount and booking details will be communicated to the winner upon notification of their win. Failure to book and pay the deposit within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of the prize. A minimum number of 120 is also required when booking the debs to avail of the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.


Free Debs Terms & Conditions

  1. By participating you agree to the requirements set out in all promotional materials and the following General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland, unless otherwise stated. Not open to residents of the UK including Northern Ireland. Not open to employees (or their immediate families) of DEBSireland.COM, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated. The promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity or to verify eligibility conditions.
  3. Maximum one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Entries via agents or third parties or the use of multiple identities and email addresses are not permitted.
  4. Entries must be completed online by 31st December prior to the year of the debs event!
  5. Winners will be selected in a random draw within 5 days of the closing date from all correct entries received.
  6. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid entries.
  7. Online entries: The promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the website and is not responsible for any disruption to the promotion or the website due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control.
  8. To enter we will ask you to register your personal details with us. Your personal details will be used in accordance with the current published Privacy Policy.
  9. We require a response from the winner before we award any prize and no response is received after we have made reasonable efforts to make contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to someone else. The Promoter has no responsibility to anyone who has not responded.
  10. No cash or other alternative prizes are available.
  11. Prizes cannot be transferred or sold by winners & only one free Debs is available to the value of €20,000.
  12. The Promoter has arranged this Promotion in good faith but, to the fullest extent allowed by law, accepts no responsibility for loss or damages as a result of anyone participating in the Promotion or any aspect of any prize awarded. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion or extend or resume the entry period or disqualify any participant at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the promotion can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons or if the Promoter suspects that any person has been manipulating entries or the results or has acted unethically in any other way.
  14. The winner & school agrees to take part in publicity in connection with the prize draw.
  15. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
  16. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  17. Email safety In the event that we wish to contact you in connection with your entry we will do so via an email or by phone with a follow up e-mail.
  18. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable related publicity without further payment or permission. The Promoter may publish first name, surname initial, age and/or town/city/school.
  19. For information regarding the names of the winner (and, if applicable, their winning entries) email Debsireland.com quoting Free Debs Competition. Unfortunately we are unable to return any entries sent to us by post.
  20. The Promoter’s decision is final and we reserve the right not to correspond on any matter.
  21. Entries will only be valid if the debs has been booked through DEBSIreland.com and the balance of their debs is paid in full on or before May 1st of the year of entrance.
  22. The laws of ROI apply and any disputes will be dealt with in the ROI courts only.
  23. Overnight accommodation is not included.
  24. Prizes referencing "free" or additional "extras" for a debs night inclusive of prizes awarded as part of the "6th-year giveaway" are only redeemable against DEBSireland.COM debs and cannot be used for any other venue or company.
